Also of note - If surrender is an option, that doesn't count as "unable to help a situation." If Kat simply knows or thinks she can escape harm by giving up or surrendering she most likely won't have a panic attack.

Made this in case anyone wanted to write her PTSD into a round. At this point I don't see an intense panic attack being triggered by much - in Round Three it was triggered mostly due to the fact it was Shar; her very presence is intimidating and hostile. But that's mostly up to you, you evil, evil person. (As if Kat weren't underpowered enough already...). 

Obviously if you want more reference of the traumatic event just go look at the flashbacks in the R3 entry.
